By downloading, installing, or using Happy Hour Radar ("the App"), you agree to these terms. The App is developed and published by moonshinerXwerks LLC. These terms are in addition to our general Terms of Service.
Happy Hour Radar is a local discovery app that helps users find nearby venues with active happy hour deals in Central Oregon, with social planning and crowd reporting features.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features and functionality.
Happy Hour Radar is currently free to use. Premium features may be introduced in the future.
Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple's App Store. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the App; or use automated means to access the App.
The App is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or availability. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, moonshinerXwerks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
