moonshinerXwerks LLC develops and publishes mobile applications and digital products. Our current products include DaySnip, FishON! Pro, Happy Hour Radar, and Pantry Wizard. Each application may have additional terms specific to that product.
Some of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse our services. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with the proper functioning of our services, using our services for any illegal purpose, or reverse engineering any of our applications.
All content, designs, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with moonshinerXwerks LLC and its products are the exclusive property of moonshinerXwerks LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Some of our applications offer subscription-based services. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moonshinerXwerks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless moonshinerXwerks LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Deschutes County, Oregon.
