These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pantry Wizard iOS application ("the App"), operated by moonshinerXwerks LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may use the App as a guest without creating an account. To access additional features, you may create a free account by providing your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
Premium Plan. Pantry Wizard offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Pantry Wizard Premium") at $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Free Trial. If a free trial is offered, it will be specified on the subscription screen. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

You may create custom recipes within the App. You retain ownership of any original content you create. By submitting custom recipes, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content within the App for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your custom recipes.
Informational purposes only. All recipes, cooking instructions, cooking times, and nutritional guidance provided in the App are for general informational purposes. We are not licensed nutritionists, dietitians, or food safety professionals.
Food safety. You are solely responsible for food safety practices including proper cooking temperatures, allergen awareness, and ingredient freshness. Always use your own judgment when preparing food, especially if you or someone you are cooking for has food allergies or dietary restrictions.
No guarantee of results. Cooking results may vary based on equipment, ingredient quality, altitude, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following any recipe in the App.
The App, including its design, code, recipe catalog, branding, and wizard character, is owned by moonshinerXwerks LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, moonshinerXwerks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, property damage, or any injuries resulting from following recipes or cooking instructions provided in the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
